(1) Vendor needs to provide fire suppression system inspection service to the government authority located in Bremerton, WA. – The Contractor shall perform bi–annual inspections of the CORE Fire Suppression System– Conduct visual inspection of system components, piping, fittings, and connections.– Perform functional testing of manual and automatic activation mechanisms.– Verify interlock functionality between CORE and CaptiveAir systems.– Measure wet chemical suppressant levels and nitrogen cartridge weights.– Replace fusible links rated at 360F (182C).– Provide miscellaneous repair parts as needed.– Submit inspection report within 10 business days of completion.(2) This bid is set–aside for total small business.
