(1) Vendor needs to provide design and engineering services to the government authority located in Canton, GA. – Provide concept development, field surveys and database enhancements, development of the environmental document including all required special studies, preliminary construction plans, signing and marking plans, final right–of–way plans, erosion control plans, utility plans and final construction plans.– Required engineering studies are considered.– Coordinate field review of right–of–way plans and staking.– Preliminary design. – Right–of–way plans.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026.
