CLEANING-13467 - USA (Park City, Utah) - RFI for Municipal Janitorial Services - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational development consulting services in a timely manner and on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Park City, UT.– The targeted cleaning of visible soiling, stains, spills, smudges, or debris on surfaces including floors, walls, partitions, furniture, fixtures, and glass, identified during the course of routine cleaning or reported by facility staff.– Spot cleaning is performed on an as–needed basis and does not constitute a full cleaning of the affected surface or area.• Empty all trash cans and dispose of in dumpster; replace liners and spot clean trash cans,• Restock all paper products and soap,• Clean and disinfect all restroom fixtures, dispensers, faucets, rails, sinks, toilets, and urinals,• Clean and disinfect all flush sensors and underside of all toilets,• Clean and disinfect all countertops,• Pick up all trash and dispose of in dumpster, • Polish stainless steel, wipe down walls and doors, and disinfect buttons.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.
