(1) Vendor needs to provide wetlands application review service to the government authority located in Mansfield, CT. – Professional and technical assistance to assist the agency in its review of the inland wetlands license application of agency development associates for regulated activities associated with a proposed two–unit commercial development.– The proposal includes a 4,600–square–foot fast–food restaurant and a 510–square–foot coffee shop, each with drive–through service, together with associated parking, access, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and other site improvements. Proposed activities within the regulated upland review area include a portion of the restaurant parking area, stormwater conveyance infrastructure, a surface infiltration basin, a subsurface infiltration system, utility installation and associated grading and landscaping.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17,2026.
