(1) Vendor needs to provide transit–oriented development market analysis and feasibility study services to the government authority located in Spokane, WA.1. Market Analysis: Consultant will conduct market analysis for the site to evaluate the value of property and viability of development projects as well as recommend the appropriate scale of development program. Tasks include:• Assess market potential and feasibility• Conduct highest and best use analysis• Describe real estate market trends and/or forecasts for residential, retail and office• Deliver report on the economic viability of development on the site.2.
