(1) Vendor needs to provide HR medical evaluations service to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– Services to locate, schedule, and facilitate access to physicians across various medical specialties for fit for duty (FFD) and independent medical evaluation (IME) examinations.– Provide coordinated case management, physician evaluations, and necessary ancillary support.– Core services include intake and physician matching, scheduling and administrative coordination, and management of medical reports.– Clinical services encompass Fit for Duty exams (FFD), Independent Medical Evaluations (IME), medical record reviews, and supplemental reports.– Ancillary services such as laboratory testing, imaging, and interpreter support are available when needed.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
