(1) Vendor needs to provide staffing service to the government authority located in Portland, OR. – Provide on–site staffing for the Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS).– Perform the services under the day–to–day direction of the port project manager, who will coordinate work priorities and technical support activities with the aerospace site manager.– Support the systems and technologies identified below, including routine upgrades, and equivalent replacement technologies implemented.– Perform preventive and remedial maintenance of common use equipment and systems.– Manage electronic trouble tickets, including documenting, tracking, updating, and closing work activities in the aerospace ticketing system.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 24, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
