Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: procurement.boston.gov . All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Over-the-Phone & Video-Remote Interpretation . Proposals must be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, November 6, 2026 and opened forthwith. The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, October 12, 2026 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time . The Office of Language and Communications Access wishes to contract a vendor to provide 24/7 year-round Over-the-Phone and Video Remote Interpretation services to ensure equitable access to city programming, services, information, and more Jeniffer Vivar Wong, Executive Director
