(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search consulting services to the government authority located in NY. – Agency seeks a search partner with demonstrated success in recruiting senior academic leaders who can advance institutions to national and international prominence, particularly within creative, design, business and technology focused higher education environments. – Provide comprehensive executive search services, with particular attention to identifying candidates who bring a global perspective, strategic vision, and experience elevating institutional reputation. • Search strategy and planning:– Partner with agency leadership and the search committee to define a leadership profile aligned with global ambitions and institutional transformation.– Develop a compelling position description that reflects the scope and strategic importance of the role.– Advise on national and international talent markets and competitive compensation practices.• Candidate identification and outreach:– Design and execute a proactive, global search strategy.– Identify and engage candidates from leading institutions in the U.S. and internationally, as well as relevant industry sectors.– Build a diverse candidate pool with demonstrated experience in advancing institutional excellence and global visibility. • Screening and evaluation:– Conduct rigorous candidate assessment, including evaluation of leadership in complex academic environments and success in elevating institutional standing– Present a highly qualified and diverse shortlist with detailed candidate profiles– Assist in assessing candidate’s ability to lead a world–class creative institution• Search management: – Manage all aspects of the search process, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and a high–quality candidate experience– Coordinate interviews, stakeholder engagement, and campus visits– Maintain consistent communication with agency throughout the process• Advisory services:– Advise the search committee on best practices in recruiting transformational academic leaders– Conduct reference checks and due diligence– Support final negotiations and onboarding to ensure a successful transition(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
