– Vendor needs to provide screening, brief intervention and referral treatment service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Implement the Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) public health model for children, adolescents, and adults in primary care and community health settings.– Focus on screening for underage drinking, opioid use, and other substance use.– Integrated into routine care delivery and may be implemented within primary care settings that provide ongoing care to children and adolescents.– Including those with chronic or complex health conditions.– Deliver early screening and intervention for alcohol and drug use for all patients, starting at 12 years old.– Provide timely referral to more intensive treatment for those who have substance use disorders.
