WATER-0965 - USA (Rancho Cordova, California) - SCADA Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA services to the government authority located in Rancho Cordova, CA.         – Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repair services on the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) computer system.– Download and record existing Process Logic Controller (PLC), Operator Interface Terminal (OIT), and Human Machine Interface (HMI) programs to initiate software custody service to restore program configurations.– Provide written estimates for any necessary upgrades to SCADA hardware or software as needed to keep plant in compliance with any applicable regulations. – The plant also consists of associated support pumping, process, and chemical equipment with the necessary instrumentation required for these systems.– Reverse osmosis (RO) water plant consists of a 500,000 gallon per day reverse osmosis system.– Inspect and vacuum out control system cabinets at both water and wastewater plants.– Check PLC, HMI, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) batteries.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for three years.
