(1) Vendor needs to provide online legal research services and related products supplies.– Providing user–friendly comprehensive web–based online legal research services with access to primary and secondary legal documents, public records, criminal records, news sources, financial records, banking records, statutes, rules and regulations, case law and court documents.– Providing unlimited access to online databases of legal materials and information, qualified respondents must be able to provide high quality password management, service support such as internet, online chat, and 24/7 1–800 telephone access, and free training to County users.– Access should be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (including holidays).– Supported operating systems– Windows 11 (64–bit) or later– Mac® OS 12 (Monterey) or later– Mobile apps– iPhone (iOS 15.0 or later)– iPad (iPAD OS 15.0 or later)– Android (Android 11.0 or higher)– Internet browser– Microsoft Edge (Latest stable release)– Mozilla Firefox (Latest stable or ESR release)– Safari (latest stable release on macOS and IOS)– Google Chrome (Latest stable release)(2) A non–mandatory pre–submittal meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
