(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive information technology assessment and strategic roadmap services to the government authority located in Nantucket, MA.A. Infrastructure & Network– Inventory and evaluate all physical and virtual infrastructure including servers, storage, networking equipment, and data centers.– Assess network architecture, performance, redundancy, and scalability.– Review internet connectivity, bandwidth capacity, and disaster recovery posture.B. Cybersecurity & Risk– Perform a cybersecurity risk assessment aligned with equivalent framework.– Assess vulnerability management practices, patch management, and incident response capabilities.– Review identity and access management, multi–factor authentication, and privilege controls.C. Applications & Software– Inventory all enterprise applications, line–of–business systems, and software licenses.– Assess application health, vendor support status, and integration capabilities.– Evaluate suitability of current platforms for current and anticipated business needs.D. IT Governance & Policy– Review existing IT policies, procedures, and standards.– Assess IT project management and change management practices.E. Staffing & Organization– Assess the current IT organizational structure, staffing levels, and skill sets.– Evaluate workload distribution, staff capacity, and competency gaps.F.
