(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive onsite chronic dialysis services to the government authority located in Pensacola, FL.• provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, medications, treatment services, clinical oversight, documentation, quality assurance, and related services necessary to provide safe, timely, and reliable dialysis treatment.• Qualified clinical and technical personnel;• Dialysis equipment;• Water treatment equipment and related systems;• Dialysis supplies and consumables;• Medications required for dialysis treatment;• Patient assessment and treatment;• Clinical oversight;• Infection prevention and control;• Emergency response;• Equipment maintenance and calibration;• Medical records and treatment documentation;• Quality assurance;• Setup and recovery of equipment;• Proper handling of sharps, chemicals, and medical waste; and(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
