(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consulting services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.• Environmental consultant to assist in analysis of environmental impacts of the agency electric transmission line on the ecoregion.• Review of documents filed within the docket including testimony, orders, electric transmission line routing study, and other filings.• Analysis of preferred route’s impact on the Ecoregion.• Comparison of preferred route’s impact on the Ecoregion to other routes not selected by agency.• Analysis of Intervenor testimony may include assertions about potential impacts to the Ecoregion.• Written reports and direct testimony detailing the Consultant’s analysis of the routes and Ecoregion impacts with recommendations to mitigate impacts on the ecoregion.• Participation as a witness in a hearing to discuss findings relating to impacts on the Ecoregion.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
