(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Farmington Hills, MI. – To perform a full range of pre–construction, construction management, and post–construction services for the design team support, bid solicitation, construction, and commissioning including, but not limited to: collaboration with selected Architect/engineer, design reviews, value engineering & life cycle costing, cost/benefit analyses, constructability reviews, estimating, scheduling, and web–based template completion for construction–related credits, establish a live project camera for website viewing.• Preconstruction Services– Design Phase– Construction Bidding and Sub–Contractor Selection Phase• Construction Services• Project Management(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
