(1) Vendor needs to provide defined contribution plan investment manager and account administration services to the government authority located in New Castle, PA– Investment advisory and administrative services– Providing general Plan administration, including the provision of quarterly statements to Plan participants and summaries of all accounts to the City.– At the request of the City, assisting the Plan Trustees in updating and amending an investment policy statement.– Recommending plan investment options consistent with the investment policy.– Accepting the role of Plan fiduciary.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
