DRA-11487 - USA (Des Moines, Iowa) - Historic Site Inventory Files Service - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide historic site inventory files service to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.– Historic site inventory files including to historic architectural database, and state site inventory form files. – A contractor to review documents for public release on the historic property inventory database (HPID) files that include to, state site inventory form (ISIF) files, architectural surveys, historic context files, and project files.– The ISIF files is a repository of around 489 boxes of digitized statewide historic property documentation records.– Hadb are collections of 85 boxes of digitized paper reports on architectural information across the state.– Historic context files are 93 boxes of digitized boxes of general information files related to topics of historic interest across the state.– Project files are composed of a variety of paper sizes from standard letter to large scale maps, and photos.– All files are digital and either a result of the digitization of paper documents or obtained in digital form.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
