(1) Vendor needs to provide minor construction and maintenance services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA. – Provide general contractor on–call and minor construction at various sites located throughout agency.• Services may include:– Vacant unit turnover and preparation for occupancy.– Debris removal and general cleaning.– Appliance cleaning, repair, and replacement.– Replacement of fixtures, hardware, and building components.– Interior and exterior painting.– General repairs identified through inspections or unit assessments.– Minor renovation and rehabilitation work.– Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and related trades work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
