The Town of Waterford is seeking a single design-build team to investigate, design, permit, furnish, install, test, and commission HVAC upgrades at 89 Rope Ferry Road. The design-builder is responsible for licensed professional design and complete construction under one contract, subject to Town approval of the design before installation.
