DE-5442 - USA (Ohio) - Document Storage, Retrieval, Destruction and Digitization Services - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide document storage, retrieval, destruction and digitization services.– Services are anticipated to include secure off–site physical document storage, retrieval and delivery, document destruction, and optional digitization services.• Scan–on–demand services; • Bulk scanning projects; • Indexing and metadata standards; • Secure electronic delivery of digitized records. • Scheduled destruction based on retention schedules; • On–demand destruction requests; • A secure system for tracking stored records that identifies and reports records separately by City department or division; • Online or electronic access for authorized City users to request retrieval, review inventory, and manage records; • Provide secure off–site storage for physical records, including but not limited to: • Standard records storage boxes; • Files and specialty records.(2) A non–mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
