(1) Vendor needs to provide online auction services to the government authority located in Ocean, NJ.• Agency seeks responses for an auctioneer service to catalogs, inventory, and auction off items such as vehicles, trucks, construction equipment, tools, industry machinery and miscellaneous property in order.• Auctions shall be hosted online.• All items shall be available to all members of the public– This shall include, but not be limited to:• Inventorying and cataloging all items that the County wishes to auction at a given event, items will be located in Ocean County• hosting the secure online platform• helping potential buyers to register online• conducting the online auction• fairly and impartially adjudicating/resolving the auction process• conducting transactions and payments• exchanging sold items to winning buyers• managing any paperwork and documentation• Advertising and Marketinga. The successful vendor should have an advertising and marketing model across various forms of social media, radio, television, etc.b. The successful vendor shall perform and manage advertising campaigns prior to each auction event.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
