(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and inspection services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.1. Grant administration:– The professional services firm selected will be required to administer the construction project in accordance with all federal and state regulations.2. Project oversight:– Monitor project budgets and contingencies to ensure that all projects expend funds in accordance with all federal policies and regulations.– Coordinate administrative details of the project, including budget, billing, and documentation required for federal construction projects for any contractors and subcontractors performing construction on the project.– Coordinate, schedule, attend, document, etc. all necessary construction meetings.– Daily on–site inspection of all work performed by the contractor and any subcontractors.3. Construction management and inspection tasks:– Provide a basis for acceptance and reimbursement of project costs with federal funds.– Acquire information on construction changes.– Provide documentation of solutions to problems or commitments.– Offer technical and procedural advice.4. Environmental compliance, remediation oversight, and coordination:– Coordinate daily with the agency and contractor during contaminated–soil activities.– Document implementation of all engineering controls.– Verify compliance with the remedial action work plan.– Track contaminated soil excavation, transport, disposal, and imported clean fill.– Review disposal manifests, laboratory reports, and clean fill certifications.(2) Vendor have to registered on Issuing Authority website in order to download unwatermarked RFP.
