Vendor needs to provide internet service provider services.• Anticipated technical and performance requirements include:– Two (2) independent 3 Gbps symmetrical dedicated fiber circuits;– Separate demarcation points on the 6th and 7th floors;– Infrastructure and physical handoffs capable of supporting the required bandwidth and a potential future upgrade to 10 Gbps;– Internet Protocol Version 4/Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv4/IPv6) capability;– Appropriate static routing and/or Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) capability;– Unmetered Internet service without data caps;– Installation, configuration, activation, and circuit performance/acceptance testing;– 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year (24/7/365) monitoring, maintenance, and technical support;– Approximately 99.5 percent monthly circuit availability;– Acknowledgment and initiation of troubleshooting within one (1) hour of an outage or service notification; and– Restoration capability within four (4) hours for qualifying circuit or hardware failures.
