(1) Vendor needs to provide employee climate survey services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Employee Climate Survey’s on the results in measurable organizational improvement.A. Citywide Action Plan – the vendor shall work with the Department of Human Resource Management and designated City leadership to develop a Citywide Employee Climate Action Plan to identify:– Communication strategies– Potential barriers or risks– Recommended follow–up measurementsB. Leadership Action–Planning Sessions – vendor shall facilitate at least one structured action–planning session with designated City leadership following presentation of survey findings. Session should include:– Interpreting survey results– Assigning accountability– Establishing measurement strategiesC. Employee Communication – vendor shall assist the City with developing a strategy for communicating survey results and planned actions to employees should follow a: “You Said: We Heard: We Will“ style DH framework – Major survey themes– Areas identified as strengths– Areas requiring improvement
