(1) Vendor needs to provide care coalitions solution to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.• These services shall support an agency made up of hospitals, health care facilities, emergency medical services (EMS), air medical services, and organizations that provide both health care services and health care system emergency, disaster, and preparedness activities.• The members shall include health care facilities, agencies, organizations, and emergency and disaster response partners throughout the agency health care delivery system, including but not limited hospitals, EMS agencies, air medical services, long–term care facilities, home health agencies, hospice agencies, dialysis facilities, ambulatory care clinics, urgency care clinics, and other health care and emergency response partners.• Coordinating, mobilizing, and directing statewide health, medical, and mortuary response during disasters.• Supporting local assessment and identification of public health and medical needs in impacted regions.• Supporting, monitoring, investigating, and controlling potential and known public health threats through disease, environmental, injury, and syndromic surveillance.• Providing rapid detection, characterization, analytical testing, data reporting, investigative support, and laboratory networking to address actual or potential exposures to all hazards.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
