(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.• Comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP) for county employees and their immediate families and shall include supervisory referral training of a specialized nature to the county.• The consultant will have a close working relationship with the department of administrative services, and various other county representatives.• Accessibility of Programs to any uninsured employees.• Assessment and counseling of employees and members of their immediate family.• Comprehensive implementation plan including time frames for County staff training.• Outline content of supervisory referral training.• Evaluating and counseling employees who test positive for drug and alcohol use, will be done in accordance with the union county drug and alcohol policy and in compliance with department of commercial drivers’ license (CDL) mandates.• The supervisory referral training to create a favorable work environment by informing managers and supervisors how to utilize the EAP for the county’s benefit.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 26, 2026.
