EXTRA-72102 - USA (Washington) - Federal and State Technology (FAST) Partnership Program Services - Deadline July 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide federal and state technology (FAST) partnership program services o the government authority located in Washington.– Stakeholder Engagement: increase the pipeline of SBIR/STTR applicants through targeted trainings and stakeholder engagement; and build the capacity of partner organizations and individuals responsible for supporting SBIR/STTR applicants and existing awardees.– Technical and Business Assistance: support entrepreneurs and startups through custom programs and/or services that improve proposal development and team creation; provide assistance that leads to the commercialization of technology developed through SBIR/STTR program funding– Financial Support: make grants or loans to applicants to pay a portion or all the cost of developing SBIR/STTR proposals (Phase 0), attending relevant conferences, and bridging gaps between phases.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
