INSU-6217 - USA (Attleboro, Massachusetts) - Workers’ Compensation Insurance Service - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide workers’ compensation insurance service to the government authority located in Attleboro, MA. – Provide administration services for workers’ compensation insurance or data conversion for the city.– Third–party administration services shall consist of claims administration, claims monitoring, medical case management, Utilization Review (UR), and case management to and through resolution of all active past, current and future claims, and cases.– Process all workers’ compensation and injury–on–duty claims reported by the city.– Claims to be processed to conclusion to include timely payments and reserves.– Receipt, processing, filing and maintenance of all claim–related forms, reports and notices as required by state law for controlling losses.– Utilization Review (UR) and verification of all medical services billings, including medications and durable medical equipment.– Determination of lowest state authorized rate for payments, including claimants granted accidental disability retirement (ADR).– Timely follow–up with doctors and claimants and investigation of cases, when necessary, to reduce exposure and cost.– Recommendations of appropriate claimant’s earning capacity status for final decision by the City.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
