(1) Vendor needs to provide photography and videography services. – Provide photographers, videographers, creative production companies, and visual storytellers to photography and videography services on an as–needed, project–based basis.– Creative professionals who can tell authentic stories, capture engaging moments, and produce high–quality visual content optimized for social media, websites, newsletters, presentations, promotional materials, media relations, sponsorship fulfilment, annual reports, and other organizational communications.– Social Media Content Creation:• Instagram Reels.• Facebook.• LinkedIn.• YouTube.• Website and digital campaigns.– Storytelling and Program Documentation:• Community profiles.• Business spotlights.• Partner stories.• Sponsor stories.– Event Photography and Videography:• Public events and festivals.• Ribbon cuttings and grand openings.• Outdoor markets and public–space programming.– Drone Photography and Videography:• Downtown landmarks.• Public events.– Video Production and Storytelling:• Concept development.• Creative direction.• Video planning and production.• Script development or script support.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
