(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical system preventative maintenance service to the government authority located in Holyoke, MA.– Preventive maintenance shall include inspection, testing, cleaning, adjustment, lubrication (where applicable), thermal scanning when appropriate, torque verification where required, and operational testing of the following equipment:• Transformers• Busways• Bus Boxes• Motor Starters• Surge Protection Devices (SPD)• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)• Main Switchgear• Switchboards(2) The contract period will be for one year.
