(1) Vendor needs to provide weapon detection system to the government authority located in Tampa, FL. – The system should include: All software updates, the ability to access via their app daily, weekly, monthly, and event summary reports and real–time event monitoring reports.– Software updates are provided as long as we have the system. The system pairs with an app that can be downloaded to any Apple or Android device.– System must be portable and be able to be used inside or outside in inclement and extreme heat. System must be designed to screen people and bags without emptying their pockets or contents.– The system is required to provide security teams with real–time information via an audible tone built into the system with the goal to strengthen security and drive operational efficiency.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
