TELCOM-3085 - USA (Butte, Montana) - Unified Communications and Telephone System Technology Refresh Service - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide unified communications and telephone system technology refresh service to the government authority located in Butte, MT. – The selected vendor shall perform a pre–implementation assessment of agency's existing telecommunications environment.• Review the existing telephone system architecture.• Inventory existing call–control systems, gateways, endpoints, licenses, trunks, applications, and integrations relevant to the project.• Validate user and telephone counts.• Identify dependencies and interoperability requirements.• Identify equipment or software that must be replaced, upgraded, retained, or reconfigured.• Review the agency network for requirements directly affecting voice services.• Develop an implementation and migration plan.• Identify required outages and expected duration.• Develop a rollback plan for significant migration activities.• Coordinate implementation schedules with BSB Information Technology.• Identify any work, equipment, licensing, carrier services, or third–party services that are not included in the base proposal.– The vendor shall furnish, configure, deploy, and test approximately 380 current–generation enterprise IP telephones. Agency anticipates several classes of devices based on user needs.– The proposed solution shall provide unified communications capabilities for approximately 380 users.– The selected vendor shall migrate agency's existing legacy physical call–control infrastructure to a supported virtualized environment.– The selected vendor shall assist agency in migrating existing legacy PRI–based telephone service to SIP–based trunking.– The selected vendor shall assist agency in configuring the telephone system to support applicable federal emergency–calling requirements.– The selected vendor shall provide enhanced call–detail reporting and records–preservation functionality.– The proposed system shall be designed to maintain critical telephone services during hardware, software, or network failures to the extent practical.(2) All the questions had been submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
