Vendor needs to provide regional outreach and marketing program services.– Design, development, and implementation of a year–round regional outreach and marketing program for the partnership to promote water–efficient principles and practices.– Develop branding for partnership programs and events.– Develop an annual outreach campaign with weekly content including input from the members of the saving water partnership.– Develop marketing collateral for print, web, and social media.– Provide recommendations on the most effective use of funding for ad buys and placements.– Monitor and adjust outreach efforts based on testing and campaign performance metrics.
