(1) Vendor needs to provide town–wide voice over IP (VOIP) phone system.– Design, implement, integrate, and provide ongoing support for a town–wide Voice over IP (VoIP) phone system.– Responsible for all necessary software and hardware (including desk phones, conference phones, servers, and switches if applicable) to deliver a seamless, modern communications platform– Provide a complete solution that includes all necessary hardware (e.g., desk phones, conference phones, servers, and switches if applicable) and software required to deliver a fully operational VoIP system.– Improve operational efficiency: reduce wait times and increase first–call resolution rates through an intuitive menu structure and intelligent call routing.– Support Hybrid and Remote Work: Provide softphone and mobile client capabilities to support staff working across locations and remotely.– Integrate with Microsoft 365: Deliver seamless integration with the Town's existing Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online– System shall provide softphone and mobile client capabilities to support hybrid and remote users.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
