(1) Vendor needs to provide financial aid policy and procedure service to the government authority located in Orchard, NY.• Agency is seeking a third–party review of its financial aid policies and procedures, resulting in an updated, comprehensive Policy and Procedure (P&P) manual.• Review and evaluate the College’s current policy and procedure manual to identify any regulatory omissions or any areas that are non–compliant with the Uagency Title IV administrative requirements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
