(1) Vendor needs to provide fuel card program service to the government authority located in State. – Fuel cards must be universally accepted at a wide network of fuel stations, including major brands and independent stations both near our facilities as well as comprehensive coverage throughout State and nationwide to accommodate both routine operations and out–of–area travel.– Cards should be equipped with security features such as PIN protection and real–time transaction monitoring to prevent unauthorized use.– Vendor must provide an initial supply of fuel cards within thirty (30) days of contract award.– Ability to set spending limits and restrictions based on fuel type, time of day, and geographic location.– The fuel card program must have robust reporting capabilities that are accessible online to assist the agency in tracking fuel use throughout the fleet and accurate billing detail for ease of payment and reconciliation.– Customer Support– Implementation and Training– Fuel Card Distribution– Sales Tax– Compliance and Security(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
