Vendor needs to provide Third Party Administrator Claims Service.      – The services sought are for Worker’s Compensation, General Liability (including Auto,Auto Physical Damage and Property) Police Professional, Public Officials and Employment Practice, First Party Property claims administration and medical bill repricing.– Receive and provide the complete and competent handling of all reported claims including First Party Property claims.– Communicate individually or through meetings with the city as to claims reporting procedures and requirements.– Maintain a claim file for each reported claim and to preserve such records as required by an agreement, state statutes, regulations and/or the requirements of the City.– Coordinate care, scheduling and reports with the City’s Worker’s Compensation Primary Care and Physical Therapy providers. – The City issues payment to all defense firms and other professionals directly and provides the TPA with an Excel spreadsheet of payments for tracking of legal expense in the claim file.– Coordinate wellness checks, as necessary, for Widows and Permanent Disability recipients.
