(1) Vendor needs to provide AI field assistants and real–time emergency platforms to the government authority located in Texas.• Artificial intelligence (AI)–driven software platform that supports airport fire and EMS personnel during emergency medical responses.• Provide rapid access to agency protocols, operational guidance, hospital destination information, and clinical decision support in a mobile field environment, integrating multiple EMS tools into a single system to enhance efficiency, reduce cognitive workload, and improve clinical decision–making.• Technical support services, including 24/7 critical–issue response, standard troubleshooting assistance, and access to a help desk for user support.• Platform shall provide a mobile–first software solution designed specifically for EMS and fire service operations.• The system must support conversational AI interaction, protocol guidance, hospital navigation support, medication dosing calculations, and post–incident training and review tools.• Conversational AI interface allowing personnel to ask protocol–related questions.• Ability to search and interpret agency–approved protocols.• Support for protocol updates by authorized administrators.• Push–to–talk interaction with the AI system.• Review of user interactions with the AI system.• Post–incident analysis tools.• Ability to identify protocol references used during incidents.• Training mode for simulation and scenario–based learning.• GPS–based location awareness.• Identification of appropriate receiving facilities based on patient condition.• Turn–by–turn navigation support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Nov 3, 2026.
