(1) Vendor needs to provide call recording exports and retention solution.• Extraction of all call recordings and associated metadata from Calabrio (main and legacy) and Avaya/Verint environments.• Decryption of all encrypted files, leveraging the existing credentials.• Conversion to open–standard WAV format with associated metadata, stored in a VA–designated location (on–premise, Azure Blob, or AWS S3).• Browser–based SaaS application; deployable on–premise (physical or virtual server) or in customer–provisioned cloud (AWS, Azure) • Audio, email, chat, video, screen recordings, SMS, social media• API–first architecture. Production connectors available for Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect, Zoom, Cisco/Avaya• Dashboard: Real–time visibility into interactions under legal hold, files scheduled for purge in the next 30 days, and total archive metrics by year.• Advanced Search & Replay: Intuitive filter interface by date range, user, interaction ID, group, department, call type, and custom tags.
