CLEANING-13351 - USA (Anchorage, Alaska) - Courthouse Janitorial Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide courthouse janitorial services to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK.– Pick–up and deposit all recyclable paper into designated containers, if such containers are provided – Spot clean all smudges, fingerprints, and stains from all visible surfaces including walls, furniture, fixtures, doors, jambs, desktops, counters, file cabinet, office glass and equipment. – Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains. – Provide a nightly security check for ensuring all identified doors are locked, lights turned off, water turned off, no visible safety hazards, all janitorial personnel have left the building, and that all work has been completed at the required quality level. – Clean and disinfect all toilets, urinals, sinks, and counter tops – holding cell toilet and jury deliberation rooms are included in the daily cleaning. – Clean all dispensers, partitions, and spot restroom walls. Polish all stainless–steel dispensers. – Sweep and mop restroom floors with a disinfectant floor cleaner. – Spot Clean & Disinfect all door handles and push plates. (2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.
