(1) Vendor needs to provide website rebuild and maintenance service using WordPress content management system.– Discovery & Organizational Assessment–Information Architecture & User Experience – Find Food and Resource Discovery – The new website should embody mission, values, impact, and brand identity while providing an engaging, accessible, mobile–friendly experience that encourages users to connect with the organization, access resources, volunteer, donate, advocate, and learn about impact in the community.– Make it fast and intuitive for neighbours to find food, SNAP assistance, and other relevant supports, with pathways designed for mobile use and varying levels of digital literacy.– Strengthen ability to tell an accurate, strengths–based story about need, impact, disparities, and community–led solutions.– The website must better support a multilingual community and users who rely primarily on mobile devices, assistive technology, or slower connections.– Visual Design & BrandingThe selected firm will create a modern website design that accurately reflects identity, mission, and values while maintaining consistency with the organization's existing brand standards.– WordPress Development and Technical RequirementsThe selected firm will develop the approved website in WordPress using current best practices.– Content Strategy & MigrationThe selected firm should provide guidance throughout the content planning process.– Post–Launch SupportFollowing launch, the selected firm should provide a stabilization period during which issues identified after launch will be corrected.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
