EXTRA-74119 - USA (Concord, New Hampshire) - Justice Involved Teen Foster Program Service - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide justice involved teen foster program service to the government authority located in Concord, NH. – The Contractor must recruit and train foster caregivers to build a sustainable and statewide pool of qualified caregivers prepared to support teens involved in the juvenile justice system who have mental health and behavioral health needs, in order to keep these youth in community–based settings and out of secure detention. – Training materials and guidance for mentors, including communication skills, confidentiality, and ethical considerations.– Provide evening and weekend training and outreach as needed, within the staffing model and budget proposed in the contractor’s approved workplan.– Learn the foster caregiver training curriculum.– Completion of transition services– Child welfare education partnership (CWEP) trainers.– Crisis management and verbal de–escalation skills.– Foster caregivers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026. (3) Letter of Intent must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
