(1) Vendor needs to provide property maintenance services to the government authority located in Elmira, NY.– Include removing, cutting or trimming grass, growth and weeds where the height is greater than 10 inches, the removal of garbage, trash and refuse, removal of snow and ice from sidewalks and miscellaneous jobs that include boarding up windows and doors– The cutting of high grass, weeds and other vegetation.– The removal of garbage, trash, and refuse.– The removal of snow and ice from the immediate perimeter of occupied buildings.– Miscellaneous jobs such as boarding up windows and doors.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
