Description

The City of Apopka (City) is seeking qualified transportation planning and traffic engineering Consultants/Firms, licensed to do business in the State of Florida and under the laws of the State of Florida. These services should be efficient and economical; adhere to industry standards and best practices; services are on an “As Needed Basis”. The City intends to enter into agreements with the highest qualified Consultants/Firms after all Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are evaluated and negotiations completed. This RFQ is subject to the “Cone of Silence” imposing certain restrictions on communications concerning the RFQ process as described in the specifications of the RFQ Package. Submittals must be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time .
