(1) Vendor needs to provide annual software maintenance and licensing for D3–MMP patient identification system services.– Provide annual software maintenance, licensing, technical support, and training for the existing D3–MMP patient identification system utilized– Provide:– Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting support via VPN access– Operating system security patches– Software updates and annual licensing– Hardware repair/replacement (RMAs) as required– Customer support for product ordering and coordination– Initial operator training for new technology installations and annual refresher training, as needed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is set aside for Buy Indian Set–Aside.
