Description
The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete Task Orders as issued in the Job Order Contract (JOC). This Work will be performed in strict conformance with plans and specifications; and permits, codes, and regulations from agencies having jurisdiction. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are going to be as more specifically described in each Task Order.
