(1) Vendor needs to provide outreach marketing services. – Qualified candidates who can assist in the child support program in achieving its outreach plan, with emphasis on objectives specific to increasing the child support caseload and bringing community awareness to the and the services the program offers.– Logo, theme, color scheme and style consistently in all promotional elements including: advertising, flyers, postcards, online ads, and other outreach sources included here but not limited to the work found.– Provide outreach support and other communities.– Produce or update digital advertising to target agency families using platforms such as Spotify, movie theatres and television.– Secure event materials for giveaway to be used statewide at outreach events.– Provide professional advertisements placed throughout the state targeting referral.– Have a social media presence using advertisements produced by the successful proposer.– Manage all social media platforms.– Serve as the contact for all advertising platforms; two (2) poster designs that will be used in offices around the state to promote agency services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
