EXTRA-75391 - USA (Viera, Florida) - Disaster Response and Recovery Consultant Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster response and recovery consultant services to the government authority located in Viera, FL. – Provide financial consulting services as the agency determines it is necessary to support the agency’s fiscal operations – Identify cost–effective mitigation measures: Assist the agency in identifying opportunities for improved or alternate projects and preparing proposals for the same.– Provide a means and method for the agency to track all reimbursement requests, ensuring the agency receives all eligible funds requested for reimbursement.– Provide clerical support to review and approve payment documentation.– Provide assistance to any agency department that requires assistance with filing a claim for reimbursement.– Provide a scheduling/tracking tool to ensure that the agency meets all required timelines for prompt reimbursement of disaster funding.• Provide inspection services:– Assist the agency with performing interim inspections to ensure work is progressing in a timely manner and all documentation is being maintained.– Assist the agency with performing final inspections to ensure all required work has been completed in accordance with reimbursing agency requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
