EXTRA-74497 - USA (North Carolina) - Enhanced Hazard Mitigation Plan Updating Service - Deadline September 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide enhanced hazard mitigation plan updating service to the government authority located in NC. – Review of risk and vulnerability assessment and update of associated population and property at risk data for all hazards.– Incorporate hazard information depicted in agency regional hazard mitigation plan priority risk indexes to reflect a state–wide priority risk index.– Provide assessment of the impact of changes in population, demographics, land use and development on overall risk to people, property and the environment of NC.– Update hazard history for each hazard identified with regard to recent hazard impacts and participation in various programs designed to address these hazards.– Provide updated maps depicting hazard event history and hazard location/hazard extent per agency guidance and RiskMAP standards.– Assess and report potential future conditions for each hazard identified.– Review mitigation strategy and report completion, deletion and progress on existing goals, measures and actions.• Tasks:– Update plan development – Submittal of draft plan for agency review – Agency review and final plan – Programmatic support (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
